Andrea Arnold's Fish Tank scoops up the audience and areas them into Mia's world, which is packed to the brim with unable to start relationships with family, social groups, her mother's sweetheart, and neighbors. It also directs a message towards the audience that portrays the ways in which these types of broken interactions develop and continue to happen again and again, the cycle continuing with every single passing technology.
